Dance with the Boogeyman

Take a breath, close your eyes (after you're done reading, of course).


When was the last time you were afraid? Maybe that fear had a subtle face, like anxiety, or a socially-digestible appearance like worry. Same thing. Find that moment and see it clearly.


Take a step in, extend your hand and begin the dance. Remember you're following and the Fear is your guide. She has something very important to teach you if only you will dance with her.
