A Self Care Self Assessment: What do I need?



What is selfcare? Other than a bit buzzy? :) First off, get to know the Eight Dimensions of Wellness https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5508938/ and assess how you're doing in each according to the following inquiries:


1) What is *good* for me? How often do I choose that option?


2) In what ways do I feel depleted? How do I rest those parts of myself and use other, more resourced parts to restore myself.


3) Am I connected? To people, places or things; deities, dogs or daemons. Human beings are built for connection and we all run out of what we need if we are left to fuel ourselves alone.
